Oh no! You've received the wrong book...

Book Exchange, as a general policy, do not refund or offer compensation for returning books unless:

- You have received the wrong book
- The book was not as advertised** on our website

Important:
- Returns that have not been pre-arranged will not be accepted.
- Accepted returns will be refunded by the same mean with which you paid.
- Requests for returns must be received with 10 business days of deliver.
- After the return has been authorised, the returned goods must be postmarked within 4 business days.
- Returns must be in re-sellable condition.
- Returns are send at the customer's risk and BookExchange takes no responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Therefore please choose your books and check your bookshelves carefully as many books by popular authors are reissued with new covers and, at times, with new titles.


At BookExchange, it is our policy to attempt to keep our customers satisfied, we will consider any genuine issues you have with your order and try to negotiate a compromise.
